POSITION OVERVIEW

DNBC Financial Group seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our technology infrastructure and web presence, ensuring the security, efficiency, and effectiveness of our financial transaction systems and digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of DNBCnet and other digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize secure financial transaction systems and mobile applications.

Security Management

  • Ensure robust encryption technologies and safeguard sensitive financial data.
  • Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.

Project Management>

  • Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Client and User Support

  • Provide technical support for internal and external users regarding financial transactions, wire transfers, and mobile top-up services.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence

  • Ensure compliance with international money transfer regulations and standards.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.

Web Management

  • Oversee the development, design, and maintenance of the company website.
  • Ensure website functionality, security, and efficiency.
  • Manage web content updates and coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
  • Optimize website for search engines (SEO) and enhance user experience (UX).

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor website and IT system performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare and present reports on web and IT infrastructure performance.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the IT and web development team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT and software management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in managing transaction systems and digital platforms.
    • Strong understanding of encryption and cybersecurity protocols.
    • Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
    • Web development and management experience.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
