MOBILE TOP-UP - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This General Part forms part of the Agreement between you and us for each Account you open with us. The provision of Mobile Top-up service to you through our system is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
BY USING THIS MOBILE TOP-UP SERVICE, YOU ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time and may amend them at any time to incorporate additional terms. All such updates and amendments are effective immediately upon notice thereof, which we may fire give by any means, including, but not limited to, by posting a revised version of these Terms. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before assessing the service.
Mobile Top-Up Transactions
The Mobile Top-Up service is an add-on and provided by a third Party. This service shall only be provided to you by DNBC in respect of the mobile phone operators available on the Website which are subject to change and availability. You will be required to input the mobile phone number to which any Top-Up is to be credited into the appropriate space. You are solely and completely responsible for ensuring that the mobile number has been correctly inputted. DNBC is not responsible and will not offer any refunds for any loss you may incur in case of mistyping the recipient's phone number, choosing the incorrect operator or entering incorrect information. You will then be required to select the amount of Top-Up that you wish to credit that mobile phone number.
The recharge amount may vary when an exchange rate has been applied because of foreign exchange rate differences of each mobile carrier in each country. The local delivery amount shown is for reference only and close to a mobile recharge face value that is given by your chosen local mobile network operator. The actual recharge amount added to the cited mobile number will be the recharge face value. The recharge cost will vary depending on the amount to charge to be sent according to the denominations as indicated. Payment is authorized at the time the order is placed by you, and the payment will be taken immediately from your account. The total amount to charge will be shown before you are asked to confirm by inputting OTP code which is sent to your registered mobile phone and finalizing the purchase.
You agree and understand that DNBC only acts on your authorization to send Top-Up and the relevant mobile operator shall be solely liable to you and the recipient of Top-Up for the provision of services related to the Top-Up. Once the transaction has been confirmed and payment has been successfully made, the Top-Up recharge is instantly sent and transmitted by DNBC to the input mobile number. The recharge amount is normally immediately credited to your input mobile number; however, in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the mobile operator to update the credit. Because of the immediate use nature of a Top-Up, once a transaction has been completed and the Top-Up sent to the cited mobile number, it cannot be modified, canceled, refunded or removed. All transactions are final and are not subject to change. Top-Up cannot be refunded or removed from the phone once sent. As such, please validate the mobile number entered is correct prior to completing a Top-Up transaction.
