Why was my application unsuccessful or rejected?
Unfortunately, there are some instances where DNBC is unable to proceed with an application for DNBC Global Wallet .
We may not be able to proceed with an application due to business location, restrictions and regulations imposed upon us by our various partners around the world, or if the business' use case falls outside of our Legal Agreements.
Please note, due to regulation, we're unable to share specific details about our onboarding decisions, including why an application was unsuccessful or rejected.
We are also unable to reopen or appeal applications once a decision has been reached.
